Location

Duties

• Works with multiple properties within the assigned portfolio. • Researches, reviews, and approves applicants for properties having tax credit low income, subsidized, RD, or other housing programs. • Tracks and initiates annual certification of assigned communities. • Provides support to managers by answering certification questions, notifying managers of errors, and helping with problem verifications and certifications. • Responsible for providing training on an as needed basis • Some travel required.

Qualifications

• Previous property management or leasing experience at a tax credit, Section 8 (HUD), or Rural Development property preferred • Detail-oriented • Self-motivated • Ability to work and communicate well with others • Ability to work independently under limited supervision • Excellent attendance • Excellent organizational skills • Must be comfortable with training small groups and/or one-on-one • Previous experience working with Property Management software
