Duties

• Estimates and obtains qualified Material Vendor and Subcontractor proposals • Participates in project buy-out decisions and hiring of required punch-out and labor personnel • Creates project schedules and meets project deadlines • Manages multiple subcontractors and suppliers on scattered sites • Follows-up on call backs and warranty related items  • Maintains clean job sites at all times  • Some travel required

Qualifications

• Five years commercial, multi-family and rehab construction experience or four year engineering/construction degree • Ability to read plans and specifications • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills • Self motivated • Ability to work independently • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Windows Excel and Word • Timberline experience a plus

Duties

• Assists Construction Superintendent with all construction job needs assigned  • Perform rough carpentry, interior trim, roofing, framing, concrete work, electrical, plumbing and HVAC • Some travel outside of the Lancaster area will be required

Duties
