As the Director of Property Management, Brandy Nyberg is responsible for delivering the highest level of service to our clients, optimizing profitability, and maximizing the value of our assets and investments. Additionally, Brandy will work to develop multiple, highly-engaged teams who enhance the lives of the residents and communities we serve.

With more than 25 years of experience in multifamily, Brandy’s versatile background spans from leasing to operations on both the affordable and market rate sectors of our industry. Working her way up, Brandy started her career as a leasing consultant before earning the role of Regional Manager, where she currently oversees more than 1,100 units. Additionally, Brandy is well-versed in several markets spanning throughout Las Vegas, Louisville, and the state of Ohio.

Throughout her career, Brandy has earned her ARM credential through IREM, HUD Accredited Compliance Expert credentials, and completed the 811-program.
