Keely Pearce, Communications & Corporate Project Manager, joined the Fairfield Homes team in the spring of 2018. As the Communications & Corporate Project Manager, she serves as the corporate project manager, ensuring that specific short- and long-term goals are achieved with measurable results; additionally, she effectively markets and brands Fairfield Homes and the family of companies (including Gorsuch Construction and Gorsuch Realty) to the public through multiple media outlets.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s in History from The College of Wooster, she worked in Human Resources & Public Relations for Fairfield County Job & Family Services. From there, Keely transitioned to the Fairfield Medical Center Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Fairfield Medical Center, where she most recently held the position of senior fundraiser and Annual Giving Specialist. A lifelong resident of Lancaster, Keely is heavily involved in her community, serving on several local boards and committees, including Friends of Lancaster Parks & Recreation, Lancaster-Sherman Rotary, The Lancaster Performing Arts Center Board, and the Lancaster Placemaking Committee.
