Pam Harris Vice President of Operations
Pam Harris joined Fairfield Homes in May of 2022. With more than 30 years of operations, project management and process management experience, she is a steward of culture and change, a strategy architect, a management coach, a results-driven leader, and a business ally.
Pam oversees all aspects of construction, including talent management, business development, operational excellence, financial management, safety and compliance, ensuring that quality construction is delivered to clients on time and within budget. She also serves as a strategic advisor and mentor to Human Resources (HR) operations. Pam is also responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally-compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.
Prior to joining Fairfield Homes, Inc., Pam worked 17 years for LBC, the largest U.S. supplier of charitable gaming products. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Operations, where she drove and supported cross-functional business initiatives that improved organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and process improvement. Pam is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and SHRM-SCP Certified. She is a past member of the Board of Trustees for the Lancaster Area Chamber of Commerce and Fairfield County United Way.
