As Director of Human Resources (HR), Stacie Trace is responsible for partnering with company leaders to develop and implement best practices in areas ranging from organizational development to talent management. Additionally, she is responsible for partnering with employees across the organization to help solidify Fairfield Homes’ company culture with the intent to create a positive and rewarding experience for all employees.
Prior to joining Fairfield Homes, Inc., Stacie held several long-term human resources leadership roles within different industries. With 10 plus years of experience in organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition and management, employee relations, and compensation/benefits, she has demonstrated experience in building, modifying and optimizing organizational designs, systems, processes and solutions through the strategic development and empowerment of high-performing and engaged teams. Stacie’s passion is building relationships that promote open communication, collaboration, engagement and accountability. She appreciates diversity in a way that celebrates individual experiences, cultures, backgrounds and skills. In her last role, Stacie developed and implemented multi-cultural practices and enhancements to create a diverse and inclusive environment and was presented with the Community Intercultural Relations Conference Diversity & Inclusion Award in 2017.
Stacie received a BS in business administration from The Ohio State University, where she majored in Accounting. After reflecting on her passion, she transitioned from Accounting to Human Resources; her unique background offers a level of experience that compliments her ability to translate people strategies into positive returns for the organization. Stacie hopes to receive her SHRM-SCP certification this year.
