PURPOSE-DRIVEN

We choose to support organizations that bring about a better quality of life for those in Fairfield County and the contiguous communities where we do business. These organizations build cultural arts opportunities and focus on serving the next generation of community leaders by providing critical youth services such as mentorship, education, and basic needs. In addition, we support organizations that serve our residents, providing essential human services such as food, safety, and job preparedness, as well as help for children, families, and elderly.

Giving Back

It is important to us that our support goes well beyond writing a check. We encourage our team to give back to the community when able. Fairfield Homes’ employees are encouraged to participate in volunteer activities for charitable causes, including monetary donations, board membership and leadership, event participation and volunteering. Giving of our time, talent, and treasure is how we know we are making a difference and helping to build community anywhere we do business.
