In 2025, we explored what fuels each of us and how our well-being shapes the way we show up. By building healthier rhythms for ourselves, we bring more intention and purpose to our work.

THE WELLNESS SPECTRUM

Throughout the year, we explored the wellness spectrum, discovering how multiple dimensions intersect to support our purpose, both at work and at home.

This focus allows us to understand the areas where we thrive and where we need more ‘fuel’ or work, the importance of building realistic habits that directly improve our work and lives, and how we use the 4-day workweek to recharge, reconnect, or rest.

Financial wellness gives us confidence to manage our resources wisely so we can focus on what fuels us most.

Movement gives us the energy and resilience we need to show up fully each day.

Nutrition gives us the nourishment we need to stay energized, focused, and well.

Meaningful relationships and connection are essential to feeling supported, valued, and fulfilled.

Safety creates the foundation of trust that allows us to feel grounded, protected, and able to do our best work.

Fostering Connection and Open Communication

Every year, our leadership visits each Region to discuss what’s working and where we can grow.

This year, we took it deeper with one-on-one conversations between our CEO, Jennifer Walters, and each Community Manager. The feedback was honest and thoughtful, and we’re excited to put those insights into action.
