We choose to support organizations that bring about a better quality of life for those in Fairfield County and the contiguous communities where we do business. These organizations build cultural arts opportunities and focus on serving the next generation of community leaders, by providing critical youth services such as mentorship, education, and basic needs. In addition, we support organizations that serve our residents, providing essential human services – such as food, safety, and job preparedness – as well as help for children, families, and the elderly.

It is important to us that our support goes well beyond writing a check. We encourage our team to give back to the community as they are able. Fairfield Homes’ employees are encouraged to participate in volunteer activities for charitable causes, including monetary donations, board membership and leadership, event participation and volunteering.
