Fairfield Homes, Inc. appoints Vice President of Operations

Lancaster, OH – Fairfield Homes, Inc. and Gorsuch Construction are pleased to welcome Pamela Harris to their executive leadership team as Vice President of Operations.

In this role, Harris will serve as a strategic advisor and mentor to Human Resources (HR) operations for both Fairfield Homes and Gorsuch Construction. She will be responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.

Harris is a high-energy, senior operations leader, business partner and influencer, with proven experience combining the power of operational excellence and human resources to drive growth and results amidst significant complexity. With more than 30 years of operations, project management and process management experience, she is a steward of culture and change, a strategy architect, a management coach, a results-driven leader, and business ally.

Prior to joining Fairfield Homes, Inc., Harris worked 17 years for LBC, the largest U.S. supplier of charitable gaming products. Most recently, she served as vice president of operations, where she drove and supported cross-functional business initiatives that improved organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and process improvement. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and SHRM-SCP Certified. She is a past member of the Board of Trustees for the Lancaster Area Chamber of Commerce and Fairfield County United Way.

Harris received her Bachelor of Science in HR Management and her Associate of Science in Business Management at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
