Jennifer Gorsuch Walters

Jennifer Gorsuch Walters brings a diverse business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit to her role as President of Fairfield Homes and Gorsuch Construction. With experience in both hospitality management and small business ownership, Jennifer’s approach to business leadership is built on the courage to grow and develop teams. 

Jennifer joined Fairfield Homes, Inc. as Vice President in 2008 as the third generation of her family to lead the company. Since then, Jennifer has leveraged her unique perspective and passion for building strong community support for individuals and families to thrive to drive the company’s vision.  

She was appointed President in May 2010 and has maintained an acute sensitivity to Fairfield Homes’ commitment to quality within the organization, with the customers they serve, and within their communities.  

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Denver, a real estate license, and certification from the Corporation for Supportive Housing’s Supportive Housing Institute, Opening New Doors. She is currently involved in the Executive Committee of Ohio Housing Council, Advisory Board of Park National Bank Southeast Region. She has served recently as Treasurer of Young Presidents Organization, Lancaster Festival Board of Directors and on the Ohio Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee. She and her husband live in Granville and enjoy spending time with their two children.
