Merydith Greene

VP of Asset Management & Development

As the Vice President of Asset Management & Development, Merydith Greene is responsible for developing and maintaining a strategic business pipeline to advance the profitability of our construction, development, and property management divisions.

Merydith is a passionate leader with 20 years of experience in national and local business development, real estate, affordable housing, and low-income housing tax credits.

Prior to joining Fairfield Homes, Inc., Merydith worked extensively in the affordable housing industry, most recently serving as Chief of Development for Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH). Prior to her work for OCCH, she worked with the National Affordable Housing Trust. She holds multiple certifications, including Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) from the National Affordable Housing Management Association; Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) from the National Development Council; and will soon achieve the Certified Housing Asset Management (CHAM) with the Consortium for Housing and Asset Management.

Merydith received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Ohio State University and a Communication and Professional Skills Executive certificate from Case Western Reserve University.
