Pam Harris

Vice President of Operations

Pam Harris joined Fairfield Homes in May of 2022. With more than 30 years of operations, project management and process management experience, she is a steward of culture and change, a strategy architect, a management coach, a results-driven leader, and a business ally. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Franklin University.

Pam currently leads our Property Management and HR teams where she oversees all aspects of talent management, business development, property management, operational excellence, financial management, and compliance. Pam is also responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally-compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.

Prior to joining Fairfield Homes, Inc., Pam worked 17 years for the largest U.S. supplier of charitable gaming products where she served as Vice President, Operations. In this role, she drove and supported cross-functional business initiatives that improved organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and process improvement. Pam is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and SHRM-SCP Certified. She is a past member of the Board of Trustees for the Lancaster Area Chamber of Commerce and Fairfield County United Way.
